Deborah Choy | Principal
Deb boasts over two decades of flourishing experience in telecommunications sales, where she consistently outperformed sales targets within prominent corporations. Her achievements stem from adeptly nurturing vital client relationships and championing customer advocacy. With her extensive tenure, Deb is well-equipped to spearhead a customer-centric, high-performing sales organization at Five Connex. Her passion for sales excellence and expert negotiation skills are set to play a crucial role in shaping the success of our company. Deb loves traveling and spending time with family, friends and her fur baby, Bodie when she is not in the office.
Kelly Jones | Principal
Kelly is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in the industry. Having honed her skills at industry leaders like XO Communications, Lumen and AT&T, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to FiveConnex. With a deep understanding of the telecom landscape, Kelly specializes in building strong relationships and leveraging her negotiation skills to drive success. Her ability to forge meaningful connections with clients, coupled with her strategic approach to project management, sets her apart as a trusted advisor. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
Tim Tarasow | Principal
Tim has had a remarkable 25-year journey in the industry. Having navigated the landscapes of XO Communications, Lumen and AT&T, Tim’s expertise is the product of years of hands-on experience. Throughout his career, Tim has excelled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners alike. His ability to deliver tailored solutions has been instrumental in driving success and fostering long-term partnerships. At FiveConnex, Tim brings his wealth of experience and insights to the table, helping clients navigate the complexities of the telecom world with ease. Tim holds a BA in Marketing from Cal Poly. When Tim is not working he enjoys watching his two children play sports, snowboarding, mountain biking and playing bocce while drinking an IPA.
Kristi Pustka Baker | Principal
Kristi brings over 20 years of strategic consulting to FiveConnex, having served in leadership roles at AT&T, Lumen, and Imperva with extensive experience helping organizations realize value across network infrastructure, colocation, cloud, and security. Her drive to solve problems and deliver personal support to her clients has shaped deep relationships with both small organizations and Fortune 500 companies alike. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a post graduate Cyber Security certificate from Champlain College. Kristi travels extensively with her family, cooking is a passion, and she also leads a local GORUCK ruck club.
